As a licensed psychologist and Qualified Medical Examiner specializing in forensics, Dr. Donovan has conducted numerous evaluations for the California Department of State Hospitals, as well as the private sector.  She has served as an expert witness in both criminal and civil cases.  She has also performed psychological evaluations in the areas of civil, criminal litigation, and Workers’ Compensation.
